Shinchu plate Tsuba with hammered finish and rim. The scenes are executed in Shishiaibori technique where the design is carved in a sunken relief. The Patina is created with multiple  Roshuko treatments with selective scrub back between cycles to create tonal variations. The carvings are washed with Sumi ink to provide contrast and feeling of age..
